Life Assurance
We offer life assurance for our employees. In the unfortunate event of an employee passing away while in service, their nominated beneficiaries may receive a one-off, tax-free lump sum payment.
Maternity, Paternity and Adoption
Family is incredibly important to us at Froneri, and we strive to support our employees during key life events such as maternity, adoption, and paternity leave. As part of our commitment to our employees' well-being, we offer enhancements to maternity/adoption pay and paternity pay within certain pay bandings. These enhancements provide additional financial support on top of the government's statutory rates of pay. Health Care
We provide comprehensive occupational health services for all employees through our third-party supplier, emphasizing the maintenance of physical, mental, and social well-being in various job roles. These health checks encompass a range of physical examinations, including measurements of height, weight, blood pressure, vision and hearing tests, and assessment of respiratory health.
Night Shift Payment
Night shift compensation is provided to all employees who work during non-traditional hours. To acknowledge the dedication required for working during the nightshift, hourly employees receive a premium pay rate.
Pension
We offer a retirement savings plan to assist our employees in planning for the future. This plan involves making contributions towards your pension directly from your wages, with the additional contribution from the company. Additionally, we provide the option for salary sacrifice arrangements, where employees can choose to reduce their earnings in exchange for direct contributions to their workplace pension.
Annual Bonus
All employees participate in the Company group bonus scheme, which is directly linked to the performance of the sites.
